- From the schedule, click the session you wish to attend and you will be redirected to a registration form.
- Complete the form and submit your registration.
- You will be sent a 'Confirmation of Registration' email.
IMPORTANT: To ensure we have sufficient time to process your registration, please make sure you register at least 2 business days before the session commences.
Connecting to the GoToWebinar Session:
To connect to the GoToWebinar session, you will need to click the active link which will be provided in your 'Confirmation of Registration' email.
It is very important that you connect to the GoToWebinar session at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. This will allow you sufficient time to download the webinar components and troubleshoot any connection issues at your end.
The active link will guide you through the software installation and connect you to your webinar session.
Each session will start exactly at the scheduled start time even if all registered attendees are not connected.
Audio:
The audio component of the webinar presentation will only be available via Voice over IP (VOIP). Computer speakers or headphones will be required.
All attendees' microphones will be muted during the webinar presentation to reduce background noise.
Questions to the presenter can be typed into the Q and A panel in the GoToWebinar interface, and will be addressed by the presenter at the end of the webinar where time permits.
GoToWebinar Troubleshooting:
The GoToWebinar connection may be affected by your school's firewall or other system factors that are not in our control. To decrease the possibility of firewalls preventing a connection then please advise your Network Administrator that the session is taking place. The following URL will also assist the Network Administrator for troubleshooting if necessary.
